When you submit an enquiry through this page, we collect your name, phone number, and whatever you tell us about what's bothering you. That last field can include health information, which the Privacy Act treats as sensitive information requiring extra care. We only use it to help match you with the right practitioner and prepare for your visit, not for any other purpose.

We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, arrange your appointment with Dr Frank Maropoulos or Jackie Tann, and, if you become a patient, to process private health fund, Medicare EPC, DVA, or WorkCover claims where relevant. We may also send you appointment reminders or relevant follow-up communications, you can opt out of anything that isn't essential to your care at any time.

We work with a small number of trusted providers to run this page and manage patient communications: our marketing agency (pointdot), our CRM/booking software provider (GoHighLevel), and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), which places a tracking pixel on this page for ad measurement. We don't sell your information to anyone.

This page uses a Meta pixel to measure ad performance. It doesn't collect health information, only that you visited the page and what you did on it.
